Organization and Rights
The Workforce Productivity Technology Council shall be organized as a 501(c)(6), non-profit membership organization representing a coalition of private sector and non-profit leaders in technology, economic research and human resources.
Membership
Council leadership shall consist of a seven member Executive Board. These seven member organizations shall represent the diverse interests of both financial management, human resources management and economic research with expertise in technology and labor management.
There shall be two standing Advisory Boards. These standing Advisory Boards are:
National Leaders and Academic Advisory Board
The National Leaders and Academic Advisory Board shall consist of five leaders representing the priorities and goals of the human resources and academic communities, including representatives from professional industry associations, academia and other member organizations.
Corporate Leadership Advisory Board
The Corporate Leadership Advisory Board shall consist of a minimum of three leaders representing various industries including process manufacturing, construction, logistics, financial services or other labor-dependent industries.
The fifteen members shall constitute “the Council” and all fifteen members shall be invited to participate in development of the Workforce Productivity Index and recommendations.
