At the first WorkProTech council meeting in Chicago , we discussed our charter, general research design and leadership structure.  We made amendments to our charter adding additional focus and clarity and specifically addressed the six general areas of interest to be included in the model.  In order to manage the identification of variables to be tested in these areas, the following committees are recommended:

•  Committee on Time and Attendance Management
•  Committee on Employment and Recruiting
•  Committee on Training and Talent Management
•  Committee on Employee Satisfaction and Retention
•  Committee on Knowledge Transfer and Communication
•  Committee on Networking and Mobile Workforce Management

Each committee shall consist of a Committee Chair and 3-5 members to aid in identifying technology best practices and metrics for each.
